Terms of service

What you get for the fee, what we promise, and what we do not.

01

What this is

This site sells one thing: a promotion for a single track on the Mr. Blacktune YouTube channel and the accounts around it. Buying one is not buying a place in a chart, a number of plays, or a review. It buys the work listed on the home page, made for your track and published by us.

02

Sending a track costs nothing

You can submit as often as you like, free. We listen to everything and answer either way. We can decline for any reason — usually that the track does not fit a dark, minimal and techno channel — and we do not have to explain the decision.

03

When you are charged

Only after we accept the track, and only once you pay as the acceptance email explains. Nothing is taken at submission, and an unanswered acceptance email costs you nothing. The fee is the one shown on the home page at the time you pay.

04

What we deliver, and when

Everything listed under what one promotion buys, starting once payment clears. The turnaround shown on the home page is the normal case, counted in working days from payment to the video going public. If something delays it — a platform review, an outage — we tell you rather than let the date pass quietly.

05

Cancelling

As a consumer you normally have fourteen days to change your mind. Because each promotion is made specifically for your track, production only starts if you ask us to begin inside that period, and doing so gives up the right to cancel once the work is done. If you would rather wait out the fourteen days first, say so and we will start after.

06

The recording has to be yours

You confirm at submission that you control the recording and may grant us the right to publish it. We keep that confirmation with a timestamp. If a claim is made against a track we published on your word, you are responsible for it, and we may take the video down.

07

Content ID

YouTube can place an automated claim on a track even when you hold the rights, which may redirect the monetisation of the video. It is outside our control, it is not grounds for a refund, and we will tell you if it happens.

08

What we do not promise

No number of views, subscribers, streams or followers. No placement in any chart or playlist. No permanence: a platform may remove content for reasons of its own. Anyone selling you those numbers is selling you something else.

09

Refunds

Before production starts, in full. After it starts, we refund what has not yet been produced. If we fail to deliver what is listed, in full. Results that disappoint are not grounds for one, for the reason in the section above.

10

If something goes wrong

Write to the address in the footer first — most things are fixed that way. Our liability is limited to the fee you paid. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you as a consumer that cannot be limited.

11

Law

French law applies. As a consumer you may take a dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge, or to the European online dispute resolution platform.
